A couple weeks ago, Jason Blevins of The Denver Post reported that the Colorado resort communities appear to be on the rebound. “Realtors say the rebound was supercharged in the last few months of the year, with December sales ranking as one of the strongest since the boom times of 2007.” We here in Steamboat couldn’t agree more! While Routt County’s climb back up is a bit slower as compared to some of its sister communities, that is actually good news for those Buyers sitting on the fence.
