Steamboat Wins Grant for Bike Pump Track

Great news for all of you mountain bikers out there! Steamboat was one of the recipients of $33,000 from the Bell Built Grants. The monies will go towards building of a Pump track/bike park – called the Bear River Bike Park at the base area.

This news is on the heels of potential funding from Steamboat’s lodging tax revenue to expand our trail system is a huge boost for all trail users no matter what kind of bike you like! Estimates are around $600,000 to work on nearly 40 projects.
