From Steamboat.com press release: These special fares must be booked by November 30th and are valid for travel from December 15th through April 2nd from Austin, Boston, Chicago, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Miami, NY-LaGuardia and St. Louis; from December 17th through March 31st from Atlanta, Charleston, Detroit, Jacksonville, Minneapolis/St. Paul, Pittsburgh, Raleigh/Durham and Savannah; and from January 1st through April 1st from Houston, Los Angeles, Newark, New Orleans, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Tampa and Washington DC with some blackout periods.
